Orient Energy Systems (OES), in collaboration with Shanghai Electric Power T\&D Engineering Co. Ltd., China, has joined forces with K-Electric to deliver the country’s largest transmission and distribution initiative — the TP-1000 project. This partnership represents a one-window solution for all local works, led by a dedicated team of 50+ professionals from OES, ensuring the project is executed to global standards.

The TP-1000 project is a multi-dimensional effort that combines international expertise with local execution. OES is overseeing:

Right of Way (ROW): Complete acquisition across project corridors.
Project Monitoring & Management: Ensuring strict compliance for all construction activities.
Overhead Transmission Lines (132 & 220 kV): 63 km of robust network expansion.
Underground Transmission Lines (132 & 220 kV): 28 km of advanced cable infrastructure.
Civil Works: Trial pits, tower and pole foundations, construction materials, labour, equipment, and testing.
Erection & Installation: Towers, poles, gantries, conductor stringing, OPGW, excavation, cable laying, and backfilling.
Material Management: Streamlined storage, logistics, and supply chain handling.
Testing & Commissioning: Load tests, environmental assessments, and final energization.
Handover & After-Sales: Comprehensive support during the defects liability period.

Beyond TP-1000, OES has established itself as a leader in Transmission & Distribution (T\&D) solutions. In collaboration with TBEA Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co. Ltd. (TBEA), one of China’s largest multinationals in the high-voltage segment, OES delivers turnkey solutions across the full spectrum of power networks. The OES–TBEA consortium is also fully approved by K-Electric for complete underground transmission line works.
